The Ferrari Hybrid supercar was recently showcased, the car is titled ‘The SF90’ and is a plug-in hybrid. The car is the first Ferrari hybrid and could mark the start of a slow transition into more electric integration from the company. Ferrari has not yet released information on a potential price point or availability.
For the car’s gas engine, it has a 4-liter, turbo V8. The electric power of the car comes from three electric motors, each one with 217 HP. Together, the gas and electric engines can bring the car to speeds of 62 MPH in two and a half seconds. Also featured in the car is a touch interface where drivers can interact with the car’s hybrid settings. The Ferrari hybrid supercar has a lightweight design, which allows is it to match the top speeds of previous Ferrari models.
